退貨政策 (Return Policy)
除了錶帶及配件外，所有由2號計時網站 “www.bitimepieces.com” 出售的手錶均有退貨政策。
所有由2號計時網站 “www.bitimepieces.com” 出售的產品在寄出前都會經過我們的檢驗。假如顧客收到的貨物有損壞或與收據上的產品不符，請於收到貨物後24小時內立即通知我們的工作人員，我們的售後電郵地址是：aftersale@bitimepieces.com。在確認後14日內，顧客可依照我們的指示把物品退回。
若顧客要求申請退款，需自收貨起2天內申請，每一隻手錶需額繳交售價5%的手續費及支付運輸費用，費用將會在退款總額上扣除。我們在收到退貨物品後，將會盡快處理退款。
所有退款均以香港元 (HKD) 為單位。任何由於匯率波動或銀行手續費的額外款項我們一概不理。

退貨政策僅適用於2號計時網站 “www.bitimepieces.com” 上購買的產品。
All the watches (except straps and accessories) purchased from “www.bitimepices.com” comes with return policy.
All the watches will be inspected before shipping. If the item is damaged or different from the receipt, please contact our after sales team in 24 hours, our after sales team email is: aftersale@bitimepieces.com. Starting from the confirmation, customers may return the item by following the instruction within 14 days.
Refund can be requested within 2 days after the item is received. There are 5% charges for each returned watch. The refund will be proceeded once the item is received.
Please contact aftersale@bitimepieces.com for the refund.
Return policy is only applicable to the watches purchased from “www.bitimepieces.com”.
退貨條款及細則 (Terms and Conditions for Return)
1. 退貨時，顧客需支付運費，並應該為該退貨物品購買保險，如在退貨運輸途中有任何損毀，我們無法處理退款。
i. You’ll need to pay for shipping and should consider insurance. If there is any damage during return shipping, we are unable to refund.
2. 對於免運費的物品，我們會收取原運費 (香港約HKD 30, 海外約HKD 300) 並於退款金額上扣減。
ii. For returned item that was free shipping, the original price saved by free shipping (the actual shipping cost estimated at about HKD 30 for Hong Kong, HKD 300 for overseas) will be deducted from the refund.
3. 退貨的物品必需是從未戴過、從未以任何方式調整過錶帶，以及沒有任何使用過的痕跡，否則我們將視該物品為非全新品，且不能退款。
iii. Returned watch(es) must not have been worn, altered or strapped on in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Straps must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way. Otherwise, we consider the item(es) are not brand new, and we cannot refund.
4. 若欲退貨的物品為二手錶款，該錶款不能退款。每隻二手錶款均會經過我們師傅的檢查，以達到最佳狀態，並於寄出前再次檢查。
iv. Return or refund are not applicable to the pre-owned watches. Each pre-owned watch will be checked and calibrated by our watchmakers, and double-check before shipping.
5. 欲退貨之物品若為預售產品，其外觀及參數均以廠方生產為準，一經下單確認，不設退換。除非該產品因不可抗力因素以致不能生產或運送，其時款項則全數退還。
v. The appearance and specification are subject to production of the pre-order items, return or refund is not applicable unless the items cannot produce or deliver due to the events of force majeure.
6. 需退貨的物品請勿移除任何於手錶、錶帶、錶扣或其他部件上的保護膠貼，否則我們將視該物品為非全新品，且不能退款。
vi. Do not remove any plastic covering/protectors from the watch, bracelet, buckle, hang tags, security tags or other items until you know you will keep the watch. Otherwise, we consider the item(es) are not brand new, and we cannot refund.
7. 所有退貨的物品必需與收到貨物時一樣具有原裝標籤、包裝及其他配件等，否則我們將視該物品為非全新品，且不能退款。
vii. All the returned item(es) must be with original tags, packings, and other accessories. Otherwise, we consider the item(es) are not brand new, and we cannot refund.
8. 退貨的包裝需以泡泡紙包裝，以保護退貨物品。如在退貨運輸途中有任何損毀，我們無法處理退款。
viii. It is suggested to use bubble wrap to protect the return item(es). If there is any damage during return shipping, we are unable to refund.
9. 如顧客收到的是損毀或錯誤的物品，請務必依照以上指示。在退貨或退款前，2號計時保留向顧客要求照片等證據支持該物品是否損毀或錯誤的權利。
ix. If the item is damaged or different from the receipt, please follow the above instruction to contact our staff. Before return or refund, Bi-timepieces reserves the rights to request the photo or other supporting documents from the customer.
10. 2號計時保留拒絕收取顧客未經確認退貨的物品的權利。在此情況下，2號計時有權收取顧客50%的行政費用。
x. Bi-timepieces reserves the right to reject the return or refund if the request is not confirmed by our staff. In this situation, Bi-timepieces have rights to charge 50% of the original price as handling fee.
11. 2號計時不會接受不依照以上退貨條款及細則的物品的退貨。2號計時將不會簽收，並退回寄件者所提供的地址中。
xi. Bi-timepieces will not accept return or refund that does not follow the above terms and conditions. In this case, Bi-timepieces will not accept the parcel and return to the shipper.
12. 如中、英文有歧義，一概以中文作準。
xii. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
13. 2號計時保留退貨政策及退貨條款及細則的最終解析權。
xiii. Bi-timepieces reserves the rights of final interpretation for the terms and conditions.
